Linking MAC Address to PII
By participating in certain activities, you consent to us linking your device’s MAC address and location to your PII for service delivery, analytics, and CRM. This is particularly relevant when you access our WiFi networks, including those deployed in our ‘Hangar de Clientes’ locations, where we may collect data such as your device identifier (MAC address), connection time, location data, and browser information.
This data is used to:

Such disclosures are limited to what is necessary for the performance of services, compliance with legal obligations, or to safeguard our operations and users. We maintain strict protocols to ensure that any data shared is treated with confidentiality and processed only for legitimate, clearly defined purposes.
Personally Identifiable Information
We do not sell or rent your data. We may share it with:
- Third-party service providers who assist with services such as payment processing, customer support, marketing, hosting, analytics, and IT operations.

- Legal and regulatory authorities, when required to comply with laws, regulations, or valid legal processes.
- Successor entities, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale involving Quaxar.
Each third party receiving data must adhere to privacy and security standards that meet or exceed those of Quaxar. We also limit data sharing to only what is necessary for specific business purposes and ensure contracts with such parties include data protection clauses.
If you participate in a promotion or connect to a WiFi hotspot at a partner location, your PII may be shared with that specific Affiliate for the sole purpose of delivering the relevant service or engagement. Affiliates are instructed to use this information only for the agreed purpose and are bound to confidentiality obligations. However, Quaxar disclaims liability for independent misuse of data by third parties outside of those contractual purposes.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information
May be shared with advertisers or analytics partners in aggregated formats to improve service or advertising performance.
