This platform modernizes corporate coaching by bringing every interaction between coach and coachee into one secure place. Teams can schedule sessions, run video calls, assign and complete activities, and track progress over time, while administrators manage users, roles, and content and gain visibility into program outcomes.

Approach

Implementation

The solution was built with a mobile-first architecture using React Native and TypeScript across iOS and Android. A Ruby on Rails backend with PostgreSQL and Hexagonal Architecture supports maintainable, scalable business logic. Integrations included Twilio for communications and Power BI for executive reporting, enabling data-driven program oversight.
