Long time ago, a U.S. Airline started a very innovative program for its time and business; however it became a successful strategy with its customers. I am talking about the first “frequent traveler” program that was launched to the market. The program was really successful that it didn’t take much time to competitors to copy the program. As a result, now we have many loyalty programs for travelers in terms of airlines concerns.
